These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with Continental Solutions Ltd B.V., operating the Sultan Bet brand via the website syltan.bet (the "Website") for the UK-facing profile identified internally as Sultan Bet. By registering an account or using any services on syltan.bet, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms are effective from 6 November 2025 and apply to all use of the Website from that date onwards. The services are offered from Curaçao under licence 8048/JAZ issued via Antillephone N.V. Continental Solutions Ltd B.V. is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC), the Website is not part of GamStop, and you will not have access to UKGC or IBAS dispute resolution. Your statutory consumer rights under applicable mandatory UK law remain unaffected where they cannot legally be excluded.
Definitions
In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise:

Account Registration
Eligibility and Age Verification

- Single account policy: You may only open one Account on the Website. Multiple accounts, including across sister brands such as Lilibet, may be treated as an abuse of these Terms and may lead to closure of all related accounts.
- Password security: You are responsible for choosing a strong password and keeping your login details confidential. Any activity carried out under your login credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you.
- Unauthorised use: If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must immediately change your password and notify customer support. The Operator may temporarily suspend the Account while investigating.
- Self-responsibility: You are responsible for all bets placed and transactions made using your Account, whether or not they were authorised by you, unless the Operator has failed to implement reasonable security measures.
Responsible Gambling and Self-Exclusion
- Internal tools only: The Website provides responsible gambling tools such as deposit limits, loss limits, session limits, and internal self-exclusion options. These tools are managed by the Operator under its Curaçao licence framework.

- Minimum and maximum stakes: The minimum and maximum stakes per bet or game round are determined by the Operator and/or the relevant game provider and are displayed within the Game or on the bet slip. The Operator may change these limits at any time.
- Bet acceptance: A bet is only deemed accepted once it has been confirmed and appears in your betting history or game logs. If there is any dispute about whether a bet was placed, the Operator's system records will prevail, subject to manifest error.
- Currency: UK players typically place bets in GBP where available. Currency options and any conversion fees are displayed on the Website and may change in 2025 according to banking and processor policies.
Cancellation, Settlement, and Errors

Conduct in Live Casino, Sportsbook, and Chats
- Prohibited behaviour: You must not engage in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or obscene language or behaviour in any chat, live casino, or customer communication. This includes harassment of dealers, other players, or staff.
- Fraud and collusion: You must not attempt to cheat, exploit software bugs, use bots, collude with other players, or otherwise manipulate any Game or bet. Suspicion of such behaviour may lead to Account suspension, confiscation of winnings, and notification to relevant authorities.
- Single-player use: You must not allow third parties to access your Account or place bets on your behalf. Syndicate betting or arbitrage strategies that exploit delays or errors may be treated as abuse.
- Fair play: The Operator may, at its discretion, refuse bets, limit stakes, or exclude you from specific Games or promotions if it reasonably suspects unfair play, bonus abuse, or any form of prohibited conduct.

General Bonus Conditions

The exact multiple for any Bonus will be specified in that promotion.

Combining Promotions and Bonus Removal
- No automatic combination: Bonuses cannot usually be combined unless explicitly permitted. If multiple promotions are available, only one may apply to a single deposit or betting session, as specified in the promotional terms.
- Order of use: Where both Real Money and Bonus Funds are present, the Website will normally stake Real Money first, followed by Bonus Funds, unless otherwise specified.
- Bonus cancellation: You may request cancellation of an active Bonus via customer support, provided that wagering requirements have not yet been completed. Cancelling a Bonus will usually result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them.

Limitation of Liability
Operator Responsibilities
- Fairness and integrity: The Operator undertakes to provide Games and betting products that are, to the best of its knowledge, fair, and that use certified random number generators or properly regulated live casino equipment, as required under the Curaçao licence 8048/JAZ in 2025.
- Accuracy of results: The Operator will take reasonable steps to ensure that event results, account balances, and transaction records are correctly recorded and displayed. Exclusions and Limits
- No guarantee: All services are provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
- Technical failures: The Operator is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, system errors, communication interruptions, network delays, or outages affecting your device, internet provider, or third-party game providers, provided it has taken reasonable care.
- Third-party content: The Operator is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party websites linked from the Website, or for any services provided by third-party payment processors, game studios, or mediators.
- Maximum liability: To the extent permitted by law, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website in any 12-month period up to and including 2025 shall not exceed the lower of:

Consequences of Termination
- Settlement of funds: If your Account is closed for reasons other than serious breach or unlawful conduct, the Operator will pay out your Real Money Balance (less any amounts owed) using a method reasonably determined by it, subject to KYC and AML checks.
- Confiscation rights: If the Account is closed due to serious breach, fraud, or unlawful activity, the Operator may, to the extent permitted by law and its Curaçao licence, void bets, confiscate Bonus Funds and related winnings, and withhold balances reasonably believed to be connected with the misconduct.
- Cross-brand measures: The Operator may apply bans, exclusions, and risk flags across its brands, including Sister Brands such as Lilibet, where it reasonably considers this necessary to protect its business and comply with regulatory obligations.
- Voluntary closure: You may request Account closure at any time via customer support or relevant account tools. The Operator will process such requests as soon as reasonably practicable.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Applicable Law
- Primary governing law: These Terms, your Account, and all betting and gaming transactions on syltan.bet are governed by the laws of Curaçao, except where mandatory laws of your country of residence (for example, UK consumer protection law in 2025) provide you with additional non-waivable rights.

Dispute Resolution

- Consumer rights: If you are a consumer resident in the UK or another country in 2025 whose laws grant you the right to bring claims in your local courts under mandatory consumer protection rules, nothing in these Terms limits that right.
